The sleek curves of the Yamaha TRBX305 frame a 5-string bass capable of low-diving tonal versatility. The active circuit can be manipulated in great detail and with minimum effort using the provided bass and treble controls in combination with the smart and unique Performance EQ switch. Toggle through slap, pick, flat, finger, and solo EQ shapings at the literal flip of a switch.
The Yamaha TRBX305: Serious Sound
For serious bassists, the multi-tonality of the Yamaha TRBX 305 is only going to have any meaning if the foundation is just as solid. Here, Yamaha offer a mahogany body shaped to exacting standards to lend a deep resonance to the foundation sound of this instrument. A highly stable 5-piece mahogany and maple neck support the overall playability and reliability, while the two YGD pickups have been fitted with ceramic magnets and extra-large poles to finish the foundation with insane levels of definition and transparency.
