General

The Steinberger Spirit XT-25 Standard bass doesn't just bring the visual impact and practical benefits of a headless construction, but packs the expanded range of a fifth string. As standard, this bass comes with a set of strings with a .028 gauge low-B string, which can easily be replaced with a set including a double ball ended high-C string as preferred. Besides that, you get an iconic, super-lightweight and tightly designed basswood block-body fitted with a set-in three-piece maple neck, and to keep it all in show-ready condition, it comes complete with its own custom deluxe gig bag.

The Steinberger Spirit XT-25 5-String Bass

The one-of-a-kind Spirit body-shape is not only easy to throw around on stage, but serves as the ultimate travel buddy. Free of cutaways, horns, and even a head, this Steinberger five-string takes up minimum space. Plug it in, and you're treated to a tasty selection of passive sonic profiles courtesy of a mounted pair of humbuckers complete with dedicated volume pots per pickup and a master tone pot. This is fully backed up by the highly accurate tuning of the 40:1 Ratio Direct-Pull tuning system of the DoubleBall Bass Bridge to complete a stable and reliable touring tool.
