The Bongo has been around for a while now, but it's still one of the most modern bass guitars you're likely to encounter. The Bongo looks fast and streamlined, which isn't surprising, as it was designed in collaboration with the automotive brand BMW! This racy bass gets its characteristic tone from its basswood body and maple neck. The former ensures an airy, unique sound, and keeps this instrument relatively lightweight. The latter is responsible for a healthy dose of brightness in the total sound. On the neck, you'll find 24 high-profile, wide frets that offer easy access for ultra-fast riffs.

Bongo: ultimate tone control

The two pickups on this bass have a Neodynium magnet that ensures a modern sound that fits surprisingly well in virtually any genre. When it comes to sound, you're in complete control with a 4-band EQ in the active preamp. This bass can be taken anywhere, as it comes complete with a sturdy case.
