General
The Ibanez AGB200 VLS Artcore (Violin Sunburst) semi-acoustic bass guitar has a very tasteful design. With its hollow-body, this guitar really stands out but only in a positive way as it provides the sound with a clearly acoustic character. As a result, you get those familiar deep, low resonances that are subsequently picked up by the two humbucker pickups which are responsible for a powerful, punchy and versatile output.
A classical bass
The AGB200 is ideal for bass players who normally play an electric bass guitar but want to try out a more acoustic sound. The sound of this semi-acoustic model perfectly fits music styles like blues, rock and roll and jazz. We're also dealing with a reliable and comfortable build here. For instance, its neck has a pleasant medium short scale-length and the bass is equipped with a Gibraltar bridge and a set-in neck that gives a rich sustain.
