If you're seeking an articulated ride with a subtle, almost dark wash, then Sabian literally offer the cymbal of your dreams in the 12" form of the XSR Monarch. The clear response enhances every nuance and the bell is bright and cutting without overwhelming the cymbal overall. Since the weight of this ride is on the thin side, it also offers a pretty solid crash and feels as much at home when throwing in accents as it does driving the rhythm, which at this price, is the kind of flexibility that's worth paying for.

Ik heb de Sabian XSR Monarch aangeschaft als een minimale set (14HH+17CRASH+20RIDE)
O. M. G. Wat een ervaring !!! Eindelijk de klank die ik zocht ! géén cymbals die boven alles heen klinken, maar ook geen LOW VOLUME CYMBALS (Zildjian) zoals ik tot op heden gebruikte op repetities...
Dit is echt wat ik zocht, en kan ook zo meteen mee op de bühne !!! ???
