The 20-inch AAX X-Plosion Ride is a remarkably versatile ride cymbal. It is part of the popular, highly praised AAX X-Plosion series of cymbals and delivers a delicious, bright sound and great sustain. The large, raw bell even allows you to use the 20-inch AAX X-Plosion Ride as a crash.

AAX 20" X-Plosion Ride: Vote Winner

The Sabian R&D department sure doesn't know how to take it easy. Every year they design more types of cymbals than can be produced. To see which prototypes best match the wishes of drummers worldwide, Sabian sends them on a tour around the US and Europe. Then they post sound clips on their website, in addition to videos of the prototypes being played by legendary artists. On their tour and via Sabian's website, drummers from all over the world can vote for their favourite cymbals. The winners - including this AAX 20-inch X-Plosion Ride - are then taken into production.
