General

The Masterwork Verve 20-inch ride cymbal is made of B25 bronze alloy, which consists of 75% copper, 25% tin and sometimes even traces of silver. This A-grade ride offers a dark timbre and a short sustain, making it perfect for jazz, blues and big-band music. The top of the cymbal has been specially treated to give it a dark finish, while the bottom side has been refined with a lathe and features a more traditional finish. The Verve Ride packs minimal stick definition and effortlessly shapes a big wash that blends nicely into the mix.
