VOX designed the versatile DelayLab pedal especially for creative guitarists. This multi-effect pedal is equipped with an incredibly diverse collection of no fewer than 30 effects, from band echos and analogue delays to pitch and reverse. As if that wasn't enough, you also get a built-in 28-second looper, 30 rewritable presets, and 10 presets based on famous songs. All of this is contained in a traditional VOX-style pedal with a vintage look and a rugged metal housing. Whether you're at home, in the studio or on stage, you'll be making the zaniest delay sounds you've ever produced!
DelayLab: full control over your effects
The DelayLab is easy to use thanks to the five large chicken head knobs, which give you direct access to the variety of parameter effects. If you want to add even more to the mix, there's also the option of connecting an expression pedal for blending two parameters or effects. Along with traditional delay effects, the DelayLab is also equipped with a number of incredibly innovative delays such as Dual Delay, Distortion Delay, Reverse Delay and Space Delay. Every guitarist is bound to be inspired to make their masterpiece with this huge scale of effects!
Guitar delay pedal with expansive stereo looper
The DelayLab's built-in looper takes it further than just recording sounds on top of one another. For instance, you can play loops in reverse, or create polyrhythmic effects with the Sync mode. Additionally, the stereo functionality offers a number of interesting options by equipping left and right with different delay times. Moreover, there's also the possibility of combining loops with delay effects. Thanks to the innovative Seamless functionality, time effects keep going even after you've switched to a different preset, which ensures seamless preset switching without glitches in the sound.

De Vox kost ook maar de helft en hierdoor aantrekkelijk , maar ook beperkt.
Nadeel vind ik de batterijen en de gebruiksaanwijzing . Geen adapter bijgeleverd.
Alleen jammer van Bax. Ik heb een gebruikt (opengeschroefd ) met krassen op het display.
Hij doet het verder tot nog toe goed , ik kan hem ruilen maar weet niet welke ik dan krijg.
Jammer dat ze retour , gerepareerde , gebruikte apparatuur als nieuw verkopen zolang ze maar compleet zijn in originele verpakking terwijl je voor een nieuwe betaald , dan kun je beter meteen een 2e handse korg sd 3000 kopen .
Als laatste optie heb ik deze Delaylab getest, vanwege haar looperfunctie.
Erg gebruiksvriendelijk, met haar record/overdub/play-knop, stop/delete-knop, reverse-knop (ont-zet-tend gaaf!) en last but certainly not least, tap tempo knop.
Een loop opnemen is erg makkelijk, en het tempo is duidelijk tezien door het grote LED-lampje dat op het apparaat zit.
daarnaast kun je kiezen uit drie verschillende delay-modi voor de looper, allen evenbewerkelijk door de sjieke chickenhead-knoppen aan de bovenkant. Het geluid valt helemaal te tweaken en het is een plezier om er mee te experimenteren.
Daarna pas ben ik gaan spelen met de reguliere Delays, en ik was eigenlijk met stomheid geslagen. De analoge, reverse, tape en ambient delays zijn in het bijzonder erg gaaf. Zo gaaf zelfs dat ik mijn overige 2 (!) Delay-pedalen nauwelijks meer gebruik. Ook deze delays zijn makkelijk te tweaken, en komen wederom in 3 verschillende types. analoog, crunch en digitaal.
De vier knoppen op het pedaal functioneren nu als respectievelijk drie preset knoppen, die je eenvoudig kunt bewerken en opslaan, en de vierde werkt als tap-tempo.
De delays klinken verrassend zuiver met de juiste instellingen, en de crunch mode is echt te gek met de ambient-delay. De echo gaat helemaal over zijn nek en dat kan bizarre effecten opleveren.
Tevens kan er een expressiepedaal op de Delaylab, zodat je je effecten nog secuurder kunt controleren. Altijd handig.
De Delaylab is een grote, stevige kast, erg duidelijk in gebruik en heeft een mooie uitsraling. Tevens stereo-uitgangen voor awesome ping-pong effecten!
