General
The slight frame of the NUX Time Core Deluxe is home to no less than seven delay effects and a delay time ranging The Shadows-style 40ms slap-back to a hypnotically wide 1500ms. Every mode packs its own distinctive sound and flavour that can then be tweaked to thicken up your lead-tone or add an extra dimension or five to rhythm parts. The Time Core Deluxe also comes with a tap-tempo function and a stereo in and out so the full effect can be amplified.
The Time Core Deluxe: 7 Delay Modes and Comprehensive Bypass
The seven possible delay modes are tape, digital, analog, pingpong, pan, mod, reverse and hold, with that last function operating as a looper with a recording time of up to 40 seconds. The included 3-way mini-switch is also a tastier-than-average little detail. Here, T-Lock can be selected to literally lock the current setting; an indispensable feature for gigs that removes the danger of knocking the sound out of shape when one of the pots gets accidentally nudged. Toggle the switch again to select Tail and the effect will die naturally after the stompbox is kicked off while selecting Normal abruptly kills the effect.

Wordt geleverd met 9 volt batterij, blijkt daarna leeg te zijn. Dus er een nieuwe batterij in gedaan, werkt ie eerst een dag wel en daarna niet meer, ik vind dit bijzonder jammer en frustrerend. Ik kan ook nergens mensen online vinden die hier problemen mee hadden. Echt jammer.
Pluspunten zijn:
-Rijke variatie mogelijk aan soorten delay en zelfs een looper
-Prijs
-Stereo mogelijkheid
Minpunten zijn:
-Als je aan de time knop draait het pedaal onwegenste geluiden kan maken (ik gebruik alleen de tap-tempo functie dus hindert me niet erg)
-Geen derde en kwarts noten mogelijk in te stellen, dat moet je dat dan echt zelf afstellen of tappen.
De kwaliteit van het geluid is niet heel geweldig maar ook zeker niet slecht.
Kortom voor het geld een prima aankoop maar denk na over de randvoorwaarden.
