The Keeley Magnetic Echo is a pedal that produces warm modulated tape echo effects. The delay time can be adjusted between 40 and 600 ms and with its simple controls you can create vintage-sounding tones or something that is entirely unique.

Wrote the following about Keeley Magnetic Echo delay pedal

Heerlijke delay voor wat je ervoor betaalt. Het is dan misschien niet "weinig" geld, maar veel is het ook niet echt voor wat je krijgt. Het is dan ook een handgemaakt pedaal, geïmporteerd uit Amerika.
Wat de klank betreft heb je veel mogelijkheden. Ten eerste voegt de modulatie sectie extreem veel toe aan het geheel. Je kan de klank warmer maken door de modulatie heel lichtjes er bovenop te leggen, of je sound helemaal te verpieteren door de mod knop naar %100 te draaien. En alles wat daar tussenin zit natuurlijk.
De delay klank op zich is precies wat je verwacht van een boutique(-ish?) pedaal. Warm, eigen en vooral heel fijn. Oscillaties kunnen crazy worden en de slap-back's direct en punchy! Alles wat daar tussen valt is precies zoals het hoort te zijn naar mijn mening.
Ik heb hem ondertussen gebruikt voor gitaar, synths en Hammond. Ik durf te zeggen dat het pedaal op alle drie de instrumenten volledig tot zijn recht kwam. Vooral op toetsen haalt het pedaal geen frequenties weg en wordt de sound niet te modderig.
Het enige dat dit pedaal helemaal af zou maken is een expressie pedaal ingang. Dan zou het feest zijn!
