DAP Audio have released an extensive series of DJ products: the CORE series. This series consists of DJ mixers, tabletops and digital DJ MIDI controllers, etc. The CDMP-2200 is also a part of this series - it is a professional programmable double multimedia player that supports audio from CDs as well as USB. This CDMP-2200 can easily be built into any 19-inch rack. The extensive functionality and the large blue backlit display make it very versatile, for fixed installations as well as mobile DJs.

Characteristics of the CDMP-2200 player

This player consists of two parts - the controller unit and the tray unit. The latter has two CD trays, as well as two USB connectors. It is fit for USB sticks and smaller external hard drives with a capacity of up to two TB. The control panel of every player contains a large display that displays track information and the ID-3 Tag of your MP3s, as well as a relatively large jog wheel for quick searching, pitch correction and scratching. Its large pitch fader offers a range of 8, 16 and 100 %. All of this is contained in two compact 19-inch housings of 2U high each.
