Product no: 9000-0017-3905 Bax Music Warranty: This product comes with a 3-year warranty.

General

Sony developed the VPL-SW620 specifically for classrooms, schools and offices. This short-throw projector can be mounted directly above the projection screen, as an ingenious lens and mirror system guarantees high-quality visuals, supported by an impressive contrast ratio of 3000:1. Even in rooms with a relatively high amount of background light, your projections will be up to par. The VPL-SW620 delivers high-quality results with a resolution of up to 1280 x 800 pixels (WXGA), so photos and videos won't pose any trouble whatsoever.

Sony VPL-SW620: network options

Operating a projector can be a tricky business, but you won't have to worry about that with the VPL-SW620, as it can be connected to your network! Once you've set up a link, it supports up to eight simultaneous users. You can even control it by means of your tablet or smartphone if you download the special app. Would you like to be able to operate the projector without using a router? You can, if you use the optional Wi-Fi module. Of course a standard VGA or HDMI connection also does the trick.

Overview

The Sony VPL-SW620 takes care of your sound as well as your visuals. It's equipped with a powerful, 16-watt audio system that automatically reproduces the audio that goes with your projections. You can simply switch these speakers off if you prefer to use an external sound system. Are you planning to show only photos and videos? In that case, it's not even necessary to connect a computer. The SW620 is fitted with a USB port that supports USB sticks and hard drives, so you can project those types of files directly. It's ideal for speakers or teachers who haven't had a lot of time to prepare their presentations!
