General

Voor iedere pianist is een mooie vleugel de kroon op de huiskamer of de eye-catcher in de studio. U ervaart een onbeschrijflijk keizerlijk gevoel wanneer u achter een vleugelpiano plaatsneemt. Tegelijkertijd zijn veel vleugels tamelijk prijzig en daarmee financieel niet binnen ieders bereik. Digitale piano’s bieden hier een uitkomst, en de Clavinova-serie van Yamaha is al vele jaren een populaire keuze. De Yamaha CLP465GP WH digitale vleugel is een digitale vleugelpiano met – voor het eerst bij een Clavinova vleugelpiano – een deftige witte hoogglans.

Onder de klep

Technisch gezien is dit een digitale vleugel die er mag wezen. U krijgt een polyfonie van maar liefst 128 stemmen, als u bedenkt dat er 88 toetsen op deze piano zitten is dat dus meer dan genoeg. De extra polyfonie zou u echter kunnen inzetten als u twee klanken samen gebruikt, bijvoorbeeld piano en strijkers, of kerkorgel en koor. Er staan diverse pianoklanken tot uw beschikking, ieder met een eigen karakter. Zelf kunt u dit karakter nog bijschaven met brightness en de effectprocessor. De pianoklank zelf is uitstekend, met smooth release en damper resonance voor extra realisme. Op dit vlak heeft Yamaha met de Clavinova’s natuurlijk al een flinke reputatie opgebouwd, ook de CLP465GP is daarop geen uitzondering.

Praktisch

Als u alleen maar piano wilt spelen is dit al een uitstekende vleugel, maar er is meer mogelijk. U kunt uw spel opnemen en opslaan in het interne geheugen. Ook kunt u uw spel opnemen als WAV-bestand en via de USB-poort op bijvoorbeeld uw PC zetten. Met andere woorden: u kunt van uw virtuoze pianospel bijvoorbeeld een CD of MP3 maken. Ook kunt u een WAV-bestand inladen (bijvoorbeeld het quatre-mains-aandeel van een pianodocent) en meespelen op de piano. Met de traditionele MIDI-aansluitingen kunt u de piano vanzelfsprekend op een met MIDI uitgeruste computer aansluiten om ook langs die weg opnames te maken. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos.

Om gebruik te maken van de verlengde garantie (5 jaar garantie in plaats van de standaard Bax-shop.nl-garantie van 3 jaar), vult u na aankoop het registratieformulier in op de Yamaha website. Deze verlenging geldt alleen voor producten die tussen 2 april 2013 en 31 maart 2014 zijn aangeschaft.
