General

VOX is known for producing a number of legendary guitar amplifiers. Indeed, they have made a number of contributions to the history of pop music, particularly when it comes to guitarists' sounds. This Night Train G2 is a second-generation model in an attractive series of amplifiers and speaker cabinets known for their extreme looks, power and versatility. The VOX V212NT-G2 is a 2x12 speaker cabinet that makes the perfect companion for one of the Night Train amplifiers.

This speaker cabinet is equipped with two 12-inch Celestion G12H Anniversary speakers, which were specially designed in celebration of Celestion's seventieth birthday. Together with a VOX Night Train guitar amp head, they deliver a beautiful vintage sound, though you can also enjoy modern high-gain sounds with this amplifier.

Vintage design

The Night Train series is known for its retro look, and as such, the wooden cabinet is beautifully finished with a black vinyl layer. Furthermore, the speakers are protected by the diamond-patterned grill cloth with a creamy white border. It's also got a vintage suitcase handle for transporting it and lifting it onto the speaker cabinet.
