General

Met de VOX TB35C2 maakt de traditionele “Britse rock-sound” plaats voor een meer Amerikaans gitaargeluid. Deze volledig buizen versterker is ontworpen in samenwerking met legendarische boutique versterker bouwer Tony Bruno. De TB35C2 is een 35 Watt combo met twee 12-inch Celestion G12-65 speakers en een stevige berkenmultiplex behuizing.

6V6 vervangt de traditionele EL84

In tegenstelling tot traditionele VOX versterkers is de TB35C2 voorzien van een kwartet 6V6 eindversterker buizen. Deze geven een zoete en clean hoog, smeuïge mids en een strakke en volle laag. Bij hoge volumes gaan deze buizen overigens heerlijk oversturen. Denkt u maar eens aan die typische Amerikaanse blues en country geluiden. De TB35C2 heeft één kanaal met twee ingangen. De “Low” ingang is stil en blijft clean. Voor meer Gain gebruikt u de “High” ingang. Naast een volumeregeling zijn er de standaard Bass, Middle en Treble knoppen voor het afstellen van uw geluid.

Praktische extra’s

Er zijn meer dan genoeg extra functies voor de tweakers onder u. Zo is er een “Bass Boost” om het laag extra te benadrukken. Voor een mid boost en meer Gain zet u de “Macho” schakelaar om. Ideaal om door te mix te komen tijdens solo’s. Voor de puristen en liefhebbers van oldskool versterkers is er een “MV Bypass” knop. Hiermee haalt u de “Master Volume” volledig uit het circuit. Maak uw geluid ruimtelijker met de buizen aangestuurde veren “Reverb”. Verder zijn er twee externe luidspreker uitgangen. Eentje werkt parallel met de interne luidspreker en de andere schakelt hem uit.
