The VOX V110NT cabinet is a great match for the NT2H, also known as the Lil' Night Train. Because these amps really are two peas in a pod, VOX is offering them in a convenient guitar amp stack with a special limited-edition gold-coloured finish. The limited edition is characterised by an amp head with a gold finish instead of a silver finish, as well as a speaker cabinet that features an attractive yellow-brown grill cloth instead of the typical black one. This attractive set is great for guitarists who want the VOX tube sound in their hobby room or home studio.
The three tubes of the NT2H/V110NT gold
Two 12AX7 preamp tubes and one 12AU7 power tube are responsible for the excellent tube sound of the NT2H/V110NT Gold. That means you're ensured of a warm, dynamic sound that produces rich distortion at high volumes. All you have to do is switch the amp head to the Bright mode to get the characteristic VOX sound. Switch the 2kg, 22cm-wide NT2H to Thick and you can enjoy a fuller, thicker sound. The amp comes with a high-quality speaker cable.
An incredibly complete stack
The V110NT guitar cabinet weighs about 5 kg and produces a rich, full sound with defined bass levels. It's really no wonder either, considering its closed construction houses a high-quality 10-inch Celestion speaker. The speaker cabinet is furthermore equipped with a handle for easy transport and has the same attractive, rounded, vintage shape as the Lil' Night Train. Finally, you'll also find a 3.5mm output so you can transfer the output from the top to a computer or a set of headphones.

Zeker deze limited edition gold set ziet er te gek authentiek uit vanwege het typische vox luidspreker doek! De chromen versie moet dit ontberen. Qua toon erg fijn. Meest zwakke punt is de laagweergave wanneer meer vervorming wordt gebruikt. Zeker in de "Thick" stand waarbij meer gain wordt gegenereerd doordat de toonregeling wordt uitgeschakeld. De 10 inch celestion speaker is hier ook debet aan. Een 12 inch speaker werkt in de basis fijner. Maar met de gain rond 1 of 2 uur, treble ietsjes terug en bass ook zo rond 1-2 uur kom ik met m'n brian may gitaar met treble booster toch heel aardig in de buurt van 's mans gitaartoon. Zeker gezien de prijs een echte aanrader!
