General

With the Tama VP62R-ABB drum set in Antique Brown Burst you will be a popular sight on many a stage. The sound and overall level of quality are exceptional, but you won't have to break the bank to purchase one. The kit consists of no fewer than six shells: a bass drum, a 14-inch snare, two toms and two floor toms. The shells are made entirely of birch, which guarantees a clear, loud tone with a sharp attack - ideal for live performances. The snare and toms are made of six plies, while the bass drum is made of seven plies of birch.

Hardware

Let's not forget the stands, however. This drum set comes with a snare stand and three cymbal stands (though cymbals are not included). Additionally, the kit comes with a special tom holder: a patented design that allows you to easily slide the toms forward and back 5 cm (2 inches). Finally, the kit even comes with a bass drum pedal. So with the VP62R-ABB you are pretty much good to go, all you need is some cymbals (and Bax-shop carries a wide variety).

Silverstar

The Silverstar drum kits are popular all around the world. After all, who doesn't like a quality product with a low price tag? In 2013, Tama has added some new features. The hoops, for instance are their Sound Arc hoops, that allow for a very natural sound and increase the sensitivity of the drum. The toms are a little less deep, reminiscent of traditional tom sizes, which emphasises the tonal character of the birch shells.

Ik heb hem net binnen heb een kwartier gespeeld maar idd het geluid is erg vet de kick en de toms echt een vet geluid. Ik kom van een 20 jaar oude rockstar (begin set) Maar dit is echt een significant verschil.
Ik ben niets dan super enthousiast de afwerking en de looks en de hardware zijn ook echt vet ok.
