General

TwinTube van SPL combineert twee essentiële effecten in één plug-in: saturatie samen met een harmonisch effect. Beide werken onafhankelijk van elkaar en zijn gebaseerd op individuele processing. Het effect kan hierdoor zowel op individuele maar ook op verschillende toon frequenties toegepast worden. Dit resulteert in een clean, zuiver en warm signaal.

Saturatie zorgt voor meer warmte, loudness, simpele en zware distortion. Harmonics zorgt ervoor dat het geluid meer aanwezig is, helderder klinkt zonder dat het signaal gaat oversturen en zet uw geluiden, drums of vocalen vooraan in de mix.

Net als alle andere software van SPL is de TwinTube gebaseerd op de hardware processor van SPL. De programmeurs zijn er in geslaagd om een zeer goede buizen simulatie te maken. Uw producties klinken vanaf nu nooit meer hetzelfde.

Musikmesse 2016: SPL Presents New Director, PQ and Phonitor Models

SPL has plenty to show off this year at the Frankfurt Musikmesse. In the Pro-Fi series, the famous brand introduces the next steps in combining studio technology and high-fidelity. They're introducing the Phonitor X and Phonitor e headphone amplifiers, as well as the new Director preamp and DA converter. What's more, they've also got the new PQ Mastering Equalizer for mastering studio technicians.
