General

This small Sony camera is not afraid of getting its hands dirty, making it ideal for capturing action footage under heavy conditions. Despite its moderate size, the HDR-AS30V combines high-quality images with innovative features. The action cam is supplied with a waterproof case that makes underwater filming possible, and is capable of making smooth recordings even while it's in motion, thanks to its clever stabilisation technology. With this HDR-AS30V, you can make Full HD recordings, even under the most dire of circumstances.

Sony HDR-AS30V: pure quality

These days, cameras come in all shapes and sizes, but they are not usually equipped to record under extreme conditions. This Sony camera, however, is able to register each and every one of your memorable moments, no matter the circumstances. The HDR-AS30V is supplied with a practical adhesive mount that allows you to attach it to practically anything. The action cam is equipped with a wide-angle Zeiss lens - a familiar name for connoisseurs - that records at a 170-degree angle, allowing for great panorama shots.

The numbers

Would you like to record all your special moments for posterity in high definition? The Sony HDR-AS30V shoots photos and video at a resolution of 11.90 megapixels, and automatically stabilises the images by means of SteadyShot technology. Even if the lighting conditions are less than ideal, the camera is able to do its work, as it requires a light level of only 6 lux. At a rate of 50 frames per second, the HDR-AS30V flawlessly captures quick movement. The Sony action cam records to an SD card, but can also be connected directly to a TV by means of its mini-HDMI output.
