The MPC Lockbox is a bundle of the five best-selling SONiVOX sample CDs + a bonus CD - specifically, it contains Hotbox parts 1, 2 and 3, Trickbox and Icebox. With this bundle you have access to more than a thousand MPC-like drum loops and rhythms and 200 one-shots. The sound libraries are sure to earn a fixed place in your hard drive, because with them at your fingertips you'll be creating tracks faster than you can say 'MPC Lockbox'.

The sample formats of MPC Lockbox

The samples on this CD come in the following formats: Acid, WAV, REX2 and Apple Loops. Every sequencer supports WAV files, and by putting these files in different audio tracks in your sequencer you can built your own track in no time. Acid, REX2 and Apple Loops make it possible to adjust the tempo and/or pitch of the sample to match that of your project. Nowadays, most programs - FL Studio, Cubase, Sonar, Ableton, etc. - will support at least one of these formats.
