SONiVOX Chameleon Drums 2 - World Beats is a multi-format sample CD with drum grooves. The sound bank features twelve different world styles divided into ten sets, each of which contains multiple varieties of grooves and filters. These can all be effortlessly combined with one another, making it simple to create the drum track you'd like for your composition.
The contents of the Chameleon Drums 2 - World Beats
The library features loops performed by five-time Grammy award winning drummer Mark Walker. Walker is a member of the jazz group Oregon, and has worked with big names such as Mike Stern, Sammy Davis Jr, Donna Summer and Dianne Reeves. Mallets, brushes, hot rods and drum sticks were all used in the drum parts, and the loops have been edited as little as possible to provide a pure, realistic, high-quality sound.
Works with virtually any music software
The samples on this CD come in Acid, WAV, REX2 and Apple Loops formats and can be used with just about any music software. By putting these files in different audio tracks in your sequencer you can create your own track in no time at all. Acid, REX2 and Apple Loops make it possible to adjust the tempo and/or pitch of the sample to match that of your project. Nowadays, most programs - FL Studio, Cubase, Sonar, Ableton, etc. - will support at least one of these formats.
