General

Roland's VT-12OR Vocal Trainer helps you work on your vocals with the greatest of ease. This compact vocal coach is equipped with various audio exercises, recording options and a metronome. It also features several techniques to help your warm up your voice. The VT-12OR can be used at home, in the studio or backstage. It allows you to quickly practise that one particular difficult part, or to do some last-minute breathing exercises. The VT-12 is a practical tool for music lessons as well, and can be used in a playful, fun way.

Practice makes perfect

The VT-12OR provides you with a visual representation of your pitch, allowing you to see to what extent you can control your voice. The Vocal Trainer can even display two separate voices simultaneously, which is great if you want to practise for a duet. Roland's VT-12 is equipped with a metronome, allowing you to work on your sense of rhythm as well. It is supplied with a copy of the book "Vocal Workouts for the Contemporary Singer", which makes it an attractive asset for beginning vocalists. The Vocal Trainer offers a number of internal voice exercises, including those of the 'Concone Op. 9 Fifty Lessons'. Based on piano backing and melody parts, they will quickly improve your singing skills.

A personal vocal coach

There is more, still! The Vocal Trainer features several recording options. Among other things, it allows for the playback of your last vocal parts. It is also possible to connect an MP3 or CD player to the trainer, enabling you to record any piece of music you want to practise. There are ten memory locations with a maximum recording time of 10 minutes each. The VT-12OR has a well-organised layout, which allows you to easily access its various functions. Thanks to the compact design, you can easily take it with you. As such, this pocket-sized vocal coach can be used anywhere. This VT-12 comes in a metallic orange housing.
