General

The Roland VT-12BU is a blue vocal trainer for both beginning and advanced vocalists. The Vocal Trainer has a compact size, enabling you to easily take it with you. That way you can work on your vocal skills wherever you are, be it at home, in the studio, or even right before a gig. In addition to various vocal exercises, the VT-12BU helps you warm up your voice with a number of techniques. The Vocal Trainer offers a number of internal audio and voice exercises, which enable you to develop your qualities as a vocalist. Additional functions, such as a metronome and various recording options help you develop your singing skills even more.

Tempo and pitch

As a vocalist, you are not only supposed to hit the right notes, but to keep the right pace as well. For that reason, the VT-12 is equipped with an adjustable metronome. You can simply select a tempo manually, or by means of the Tap Tempo functionality. The metronome allows you to work on your sense of rhythm. Would you like to practise for a duet? The Roland VT-12BU can help you out. The intelligent pitch meter is able to detect two different voices at the same time, displaying a separate pitch for each.

Compact and customised singing lessons

The VT-12 comes with an accessory copy of the book "Vocal Workouts for the Contemporary Singer", which contents are a great match for the internal exercises of the Vocal Trainer. Among other things, the VT-12BU offers the voice exercises of 'Concone Op.9 Fifty Lessons', which take you through an educational process based on piano backing and melody parts. The Vocal Trainer automatically records your vocal parts, enabling you to review them at a later stage. Connect an MP3 or CD player to the Rec input of the Vocal Trainer and you can record any piece of music you want to practise. There are ten memory locations with a maximum recording time of 10 minutes each.

Roland VT-12-BU Vocal Trainer blue
Wrote the following about Roland VT-12-BU Vocal Trainer blue
