The V-1600HD live video switcher is ideal for any live event or installation application, especially if you require a large number of channels or if you need to be able to use various video formats.

The V-1600HD by Edirol: preview

This video mixer is equipped with a built-in preview monitor that enables you to keep an eye on everything. After all, external monitors are not always available or practical. Sixteen inputs allow you to set up connections via HD/SD-SDI, DVI-D/HDMI, RGB, Component, S-Video and composite formats. It is also possible to assign still images from USB memory. The fourteen mix channels provide built-in scalers and frame synchronisations, allowing you to create seamless mixes. With the V-1600HD, you can create amazing results without having to worry about things like resolutions or format.

Anything is possible

The VD-1600HD supports an incredibly wide range of system designs and creative production possibilities for live or installation purposes. The double, independent outputs, for instance, allow for a number of innovative multi-screen output options. The outputs are suited for various format types. It is possible to SPAN the mixer output to two projectors and to 'edge-blend' the middle. In AUX mode, the outputs can be set to various resolutions: ideal if you want to send the program to a recording feed!

Loop thru connectors are equipped for all inputs.
S-Video (DIN) or composite (BNC) must be selected in the menu.
Analogue RGB and analogue HD use combined D-sub 15-pin inputs and outputs.
HDMI input and output is possible via DVI-D/HDMI adapter.
