De Roland TD-9 Upgrade Package is een USB-stick van 2 GB, waarmee u de huidige software-versie 1.* van uw TD-9 drummodule kunt upgraden naar versie 2.0. Deze bevat dertig nieuwe snare- en bassdrum-sounds (compatible met KD-9 kickdrum-trigger) en veertig nieuwe drumkits. De nieuwe versie kan nu bovendien WAV- en MP3-bestanden afspelen vanaf een USB-stick.
