General

De Roland PD-125XS is een zeer gevoelige V-Pad die qua specificaties vrijwel identiek is aan de PD-125X. Groot verschil is echter de bevestiging, deze dedicated snare pad plaatst u op een standaard snare-statief en niet in een rack. Hij is voorzien van dubbeltriggertechnologie en een gaasvel. In vergelijking tot een pad van rubber reageert de snarepad veel meer als een akoestische snare, is hij een stuk stiller en heeft een vergelijkbaar uiterlijk. U kunt de PD-125XS aansluiten op iedere Roland drummodule, maar hij presteert optimaal met een TD-20, TD-12, TD-10 of TD-8.

De triggers van de PD-125

De dual triggering zorgt ervoor dat u met de Roland PD125 nauwkeurig het verschil kunt laten horen tussen een rimshot (slag op de rand) en een slag op het vel. Aangesloten op de snare-input van de TD-20 of TD-12 kunt u bovendien gebruikmaken van brush-technieken..
