General
Direct drive draaitafel met een direct drive motor. Het kleine broertje van de RP-4000 en de RP-6000 zorgt er vooral voor dat draaien met draaitafels gemakkelijker te bereiken is voor drive-in shows en beginnende DJ's. Voorheen was dit een duur grapje, maar met deze 2000-variant van Reloop's RP-serie komt het scratchwerk dichter in de buurt van iedere DJ, drive-in show of verhuurbedrijf. Let wel op, de torque (kracht van de motor) ligt niet hoog, dus het duurt even voordat de plaat weer op gang is. Wilt u vrij intensief gaan scratchen, wijk dan uit naar Reloop's 4000 of 6000 serie.

een perfecte draaitafel om mee te draaien on kleine feesten. (ook voor thuisgebruik)
Ik heb er 2 om mee te mixen.
Dit is een echte aanrader.
Alleen ben ik de handleiding kwijt.

Voordelen:
-fantastisch ontwerp: minimalistisch, geen 'plastic look' niet teveel knoppen, goed afgekeken van Technics.
-ruim voldoende functionaliteit. Vooral de up/down switch voor de tone arm is een zeer welkome toevoeging, alsmede anti-skating.
-lekker zwaar, voelt degelijk aan
-S-ontwerp tone arm. Ziet er m.i. beter uit dan straight, en is beter voor de platen.
-prima motor, voor zover ik kan beoordelen even snel als die van de T60
Nadelen:
-start/stop knop heeft teveel speling en ziet er erg goedkoop uit (jammer, die afgeronde hoekjes).Dit is het enige visuele minpunt op de hele unit.
-geintegreerde RCA kabel, dus niet te vervangen door iets van hogere kwaliteit of andere lengte.
Conclusie:
voor het geld een prachtige draaitafel met alle belangrijke functies. Mocht ik ooit willen DJ-en, dan zou ik een 2e unit zeker overwegen.
