With the SE Torero, Paul Reed Smith finally issued a proper shred guitar. This axe boasts EMG pickups, an incredibly stable Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo and a streamlined heel for ultimate solo playing. Even though it's a second-hand guitar, this instrument is in impeccable state. It might've come straight from the shop, even the plastic is still on the covers on the back of the body. This PRS SE Torero Royal Blue second-hand guitar comes with its original, luxury PRS SE gig bag.

PRS SE Torero Royal Blue: tonal and playing properties

Naturally, you'd expect a shredder like the SE Torero to produce a fat sound, which is why it has a mahogany body for a warm and deep low. Sparkle and punch is added by its maple neck and ebony fretboard. The neck runs through the body, offering optimal sustain and a super tight sound. The wide yet flat Wide Thine neck profile and relatively flat (14-inch) fretboard radius make the PRS SE Torero a shred guitarists' dream. Moreover, the eye does not go wanting, as the body has a staggeringly beautiful flamed maple veneer with a deep, Royal Blue finish.

EMG pickups and Floyd Rose tremolo

A shred guitar wouldn't be a proper shredder without a set of active humbucker pickups. The PRS SE Torero comes ready and armed with an EMG 81 at the bridge and an EMG 85 in the neck position - two humbuckers that ensure a powerful sound and a high output while offering great clarity and definition. They are the perfect pickups for everything from sparkling cleans to high-gain distortions. Lastly, the Floyd Rose tremolo bridge allows you to add an extra dimension to your tones by vibrating them slightly or going for dramatic dive bombs, without a single tone ever falling out of tune!
