The metal guitarist was happy to leave the crafting of a stylish, powerful and unique instrument in the careful hands of Paul Reed Smith's guitar makers. There's a beautiful bevelled LP-style body that's equipped with a duo of active EMG humbuckers and a deep cutaway. What's more, the PRS SE Nick Catanese comes with a PRS guitar bag.

Clear sustains with the SE Nick Catanese

This electric guitar by PRS is part of their SE series (Student Edition), which offers an enormous amount of quality in spite of moderate prices. As usual on PRS instruments, this guitar also has the essential sustain-enhancing properties such as a powerfully resonant mahogany body, a set-in neck and a stop-tail bridge. Subsequently, the lengthily resounding tones are aptly picked up by the very neat EMG 81 and warmer EMG 85.
