The Pioneer XDJ-AERO DJ system is an all-in-one digital DJ system. It has the familiar Pioneer quality and lay-out for an attractive price. This DJ system is the answer for DJs who use digital storage media. It makes DJing fun, also for beginners.

XDJ-AERO as a stand-alone system
The name AERO refers not only to the aerodynamic design of this system, but also to its wireless support via WiFi. You can link up to four multimedia devices with the WiFi router to stream your music. A wonderful concept!

Revolution of Pioneer, in iOS and Android format thanks to the Rekordbox app
Pioneer used to move only in the higher segments of DJ systems. Yet, nowadays there is a demand for DJ gear that works with a tablet or smartphone. With a special Rekordbox app for iOS, Android and WiFi support, you can now connect up to four devices to your XDJ-AERO. It is also possible to stream from your Macbook, provided that you have installed Rekordbox. This makes DJing a social affair: you can stream requests instantly!

Other support for digital storage media
The XJD-AERO supports wireless devices with the Rekortbox app, but it is also possible to attach external storage media to the XDJ-AERO. You can almost connect anything, from USB sticks to complete external hard drives. It doesn't matter if you stream wirelessly or if you read data directly, all functions maintain their quality: mixing, pitching and cueing. The XDJ-AERO is ideal for venues where the DJ is fully part of the party.

But does it have MIDI?
The answer is simple: yes. The XDJ-AERO supports MIDI (for Traktor) as well as HID signals (for Virtual DJ) which makes bi-directional communication with your laptop and controllers possible. This really completes the functionality of this DJ system. It might set the standard for controllers that want the best.

Analogue support
The XDJ-AERO also supports analogue sources and can function as a stand-alone mixer. The analogue inputs allow you to connect your old school CDs and/or turning tables. If you want to switch to DJing digitally but don't want to fully dismiss the charming vinyl or old-school CD players, this DJ system might be a nice intermediary solution.

Please note:

In some cases, microphones that are connected to the microphone input of the XDJ-Aero via a 3-pin (TRS/balanced) jack plug, give off a weak signal. To remedy this problem, simply use a 2-pin (TS/mono) jack plug instead.
Includes Rekordbox music management system.
