General
The stylish Pioneer DDJ-Ergo-K DJ MIDI controller really catches your eye with its beautiful black housing. This controller, with its built-in audio interface and its intuitive and user-friendly controls, makes DJing exceedingly simple. The rugged Prodector dust cover protects your controller from dust and other dirt. The good-looking, ultra-solid design is made of transparent polycarbonate and is approximately 250 times more impact-resistant than glass of the same thickness. Thanks to the accessory Traktor LE software you can get started right away.
Design of the DDJ-Ergo-K and the Prodector dust cover
As the name suggests, the Pioneer DDJ-Ergo-K controller has been ergonomically designed. The top panel is placed at a slight angle, providing a clear overview, and numerous LED indicators provide a visual representation of every chosen action. The solid jog wheels, faders, encoders and buttons give you accurate control. Thanks to the transparent construction of the Prodector dust cover, you can always keep an eye on the controller. Due to the rounded design you won't run the risk of hurting yourself on sharp angles and corners.
Complete with audio interface and DJ software
Due to the built-in audio interface with low-latency drivers, the software and sound of the DDJ-Ergo-K respond very quickly to your actions. The separate headphones output allows you to pre-listen to your tracks. The DDJ-Ergo-K is supplied with a copy of Traktor LE software. This versatile program allows you to get started right away. Naturally, the DDJ-Ergo-K also knows its way around other DJ software packages.
- Please note: as everyone has other cabling requirements, the set is supplied without audio cables. If you want to add some cables to your order, please check out the accessory section.
- Please note: supplied with Traktor LE software, but also works in combination with other MIDI-supported software, such as Virtual DJ, Mixvibes, djay and Serato DJ Intro.

Daarom heb ik ook deze set gekocht want zo'n paneel wil je niet kapot laten gaan door stof!
Pluspunten paneel:
- Mooi en strak design
- Om te voorkomen dat iemand hem mee neemt is het handig dat er een slot achter in kan. (achter het paneel, rechts onder)
- Knoppen zoals de PLAY en CUE knop erg soepel in te drukken
- Werkt perfect met Traktor!
- Draaibare knoppen erg soepel
- Voor koptelefoons is het handig dat je er 2 ingangen zijn. (voor de grote en de kleine jack plug)
- Wat best mooi is: als je hem aanzet geeft het paneel een lichtshow :)
- Installatie is makkelijk

- Doet gewoon z'n ding.

- Het houd wel stof tegen, maar het trekt ook enorm veel stof aan! (heel irritant)
Ik hoop zelf dat er ooit een andere stofkap komt voor dit ding, want het is gewoon vreselijk irritant.

Alles voelt erg degelijk aan. Mooi design ook.
Wat ik wel echt jammer vind is de LE versie van Traktor. Hierdoor kun je echt té weinig uit het verder geweldige apparaat halen. Beter een paar tientjes duurder en dan de full versie erbij. Maar dat is maar een kleinigheidje.
En de af en toe trage reactie van de pitch is wat vervelend.
+ Uiterlijk en design. Erg mooi dat zwart afgewerkt.
+ Knoppen, faders en jog voelen erg degelijk en fijn te bedienen.
+ Bijbestelde flightbag past perfect.
+ Duidelijk en overzichtelijk design.
- Erg beperkte LE uitvoering van Traktor.
- Af en toe trage reactietijd van pitch.
Vanwege de LE uitvoering van Traktor 1 ster aftrek. Verder echt een top controller in deze prijsklasse.
Ook door het helaas in 2 dagen ontvangen van 2 paketten. of dit door PostNL of door Bax-shop kwam weet ik niet. Verder uiteraard weer erg tevreden over de levering.
Het verwijderen van de cover moet je wel met beleid doen anders dwarrelt het stof dat erop ligt alsnog op de apparatuur, maar het is goed te doen.
Het heeft mijn controller ook mooi beschermd tegen een onverwachte regenbui op weg naar binnen, dus top !
Het design is echt prachtig, het is gewoon leuk om hem aan te zetten en er naar te kijken.
Maar goed, kwa functies ook prima in orde, met 4 decks een top combo met Traktor pro 2.
Faders voelen goed aan, jogs geven een lekkere Pioneer feel, de leds geven een duidelijke indicatie wanneer je bijv. een effect hebt openstaan.
De geluidskaart heb ik nog niet optimaal getest, dus dit zal ik nog even posten zodra ik het weet.
Wat ik wel minder vind, is dat de LE software zeer beperkt is en dat zeker niet alle functies direct te gebruiken zijn. Ook is het jammer dat niet meerdere knoppen rubber gecoat zijn en dat
de pitchfader soms niet direct reageert nadat de sync net is uitgeschakeld.

- Alleen de EQ knoppen zijn rubber gecoat. (wat ook beschreven wordt)
- Pitchfader reageert niet altijd direct.
- Prijs is wel wat hoog (zeker met de beperkte software..)
Al met al trek ik er 1 ster vanaf, de prijs ligt net wat te hoog, zeker omdat de meegeleverde software zeer beperkt is. Verder echt een top ding en een goede service van Bax.
