The Pearl Vision Birch's 6-ply birch shells are based on the original Vision formula and provide a beautifully balanced tone. This Vision drum set in Red Wine finish combines the deep kick and floor tom of a rock-configuration, with the clarity and attack of the fusion-sized toms: it consists of a 22-inch bass drum, 10 and 12-inch toms, a 16-inch floor tom and a matching 14-inch snare.

If you're a beginning drummer who doesn't want to compromise quality, you'll hit the ground running with this sharply priced Pearl drum set. This Vision kit in Red Wine comes with a set of stands for your hi-hat, cymbals and snare drum and even a sturdy P-900 bass drum pedal. The stands come from Pearl's well-known 890 series and they all have double-braced legs, which gives them extra stability. All you need now is a set of cymbals and you're good to go.

Pearl's own SST Shell Design

The birch shells create a focused and natural sound, with a great distribution of highs, mids and lows. The shells have been fabricated in line with Pearl's Superior Shell Technology, which uses heat, precision cutting, Acoustiglue and hydraulic pressure to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber. By strategically arranging the plies of wood, they've maximised frequency response.

Drumheads

The included two-ply drumheads are easier to tune than regular drumheads and produce a powerful sound. These drumheads are only included with Pearl Vision Series drums.
