General
This NDX200 is the ideal Numark starter model. This tabletop CD player is equipped with everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. Thanks to the large jog wheel, the loop function, pitch control and a display, any DJ will feel right at home behind this player. The jog wheel allows for easy cueing and pitch bending, while the loop function enables you to make seamless loops. The display is large enough to give you all the important information about your audio files. The NDX-200 is equipped with Numark's Anti-Shock technology, which prevents the player from skipping when it receives a hit. As a result, a tight DJ set is guaranteed at all times!
The M6 provides an easy transition to a four-channel mixer. This club-style model is not only compatible with any standard audio source, such as turntables and CD players, but is also fitted with a USB connector. Connect the mixer to your Mac or PC and the plug-and-play connection allows you to mix audio in your music software and to record your sets in nearly any recording application.
The M6 offers a complete range of essential features, such as a three-band equalizer and LED metering per channel. The mixer has a replaceable crossfader with curve control and each channel can be assigned to either side of the crossfader.
The dedicated XLR microphone channel enables you to talk over your mix and channel 4 sports an additional mic input. In order to ensure the best possible sound, the M6 is equipped with balanced outputs.
Tabletop CD players are always supplied with a short RCA-RCA cable, which enables you to connect the player to a mixer. For intensive use, we recommend that you add a more supple cable with more rugged connectors to your order, such as the Procab CAB800.

Deze mixer biedt veel voor een beginnende DJ,
of eigenlijk; het biedt alles voor een beginnende DJ.
met een beginnende DJ bedoel ik, dat je nog niet helemaal
in de DJ wereld bent, en dat je het graag wil leren.
Deze set geeft u deze mogelijkheid.
D.m.v deze set kan je al goed aan de slag met cd's.
Daar zijn tevens de NDX200's voor.
Maar ook kan je, via usb, met je mixer contact maken
met je computer ( Laptop is wel handiger, als je ook op feestjes wil gaan draaien)
En dan maakt de mixer gelijk contact via een kanaal met de computer. (kanaal 3)
Ook kan je je muziek handig afspelen vanaf je computer, en opnemen!
Dit laatste is voor mij erg handig geweest, omdat ik ook tracks mix, en vast leg.
Verdere mogelijkheden met de mixer:

- Cue -- PGM (wat draait) verstelbaar.
Er zitten wel wat nadelen aan deze mixer verbonden, namelijk:
- De Assign knoppen (Channel switch) gaan erg stroef.
- De fader is bij (beide kanten) de laatste 2 streepjes (te) erg gevoelig.
Met deze nadelen heb ik later rekening gehouden, en als je dat maar doet,
is er niks aan de hand (vooral op feesten etc. is het belangrijk).
Verdere Mogelijkheden NDX200:
- handige loop functie : LOOP IN, LOOP OUT, RELOOP, handig en duidelijk!
- handig door tracks (van een cd) heen 'bladeren' met de track search knop.
(- klikken op de knop is 10 tracks verder, draaien is 1 voor 1)
- handig tijdsoverzicht:
- hoelang het nog duurt
- hoelang de track al draait
- hoelang de cd zelf al draait
- LED Lichten, wat alles goed overzichtelijk maakt (en mooi!).
Er zitten wel wat nadelen aan, of beter gezegd,
wat ontbreekt om hem helemaal perfect te maken:
- Scratch Functie
- BPM meter
- soms duurt het langer dan normaal om CD's te laden (± 7 sec.)
- de pitch gaat soms iets langer door
Voor de rest is de NDX200 een prima Tabletop CD speler voor een startende DJ.
het voldoet aan (mijn) eisen voor prima uitvoeringen.
Dus als u graag op feesten wilt draaien, en u heeft er niet een
te groot bedrag voor klaarliggen,
en u hebt nog niet erg veel ervaring, dan is dit de perfecte optie! :
- Degelijk in zijn prijsklasse
- Voldoet aan de eisen om een feest te voorzien van non-stop muziek
- Ook handig voor thuisgebruik: Mixer aansluiten op computer via USB.
(Dus gewoon om je eigen muziek te luisteren met goede versterking)
- handig muziek opnemen vanaf je computer
Was het altijd al uw droom om muziek te mixen/ op feesten te draaien, dan is dit toch
echt wel een flinke aanrader. En als je later toch nog uit wilt breiden, zou dat alleen
voor de Tabletops hoeven gelden, omdat de mixer al voldoet aan alle eisen. (naar mijn menig)
Het enige wat je nu nog zou moeten hebben voor performance, zijn goede speakers + versterker.
een aanrader daarvoor zijn de 2 Devine Trono 15's + SPL 1000EQ Versterker,
wat bax shop in een set heeft gestopt.
Als u deze 2 bij elkaar heeft, is het feest compleet.
En het feest is dan nog maar net begonnen ..!
Personeel van bax-shop is goed deskundig geven de juiste andwoorden op je vragen en zeer snelle levering.
Ik ben heel tevreden
Helaas is het met dit mengpaneel niet mogelijk om software aan te sturen. Hiervoor is juist de categorie digitale dj controllers in het leven geroepen.
Dit mengpaneel heeft een USB aansluiting waarmee bijvoorbeeld via 1 kanaal muziek vanaf de computer kan worden afgespeeld. Dit kan over kanaal 3 van de M6.

Echter heb ik deze functie niet eens meer getest nadat ik er achter kwam hoeveel ruis er uit het paneel kwam. Misschien ben ik wat verwend met Pioneer, maar de Behringer DX500 mixer die we hiervoor hadden had daar weinig last van. Om te voorkomen dat je het geluid ineens vol open gooit als je achter de masterfader blijft hangen, denk ik dat het verstandiger is om je master en kanaalfader voluit te zetten en het volume te regelen met je gain. Echter is dit met deze mixer dus geen optie. Daarbij bleek toen ik de masterfader vanwege de ruis iets dichtschoof dat je ook de fader zelf 'hoort' schuiven vanuit je speakers, alsof er stof tussen zat. Zowel de speakers als de mixer kwamen nieuw uit doos en wanneer de mixer losgekoppeld was hadden de speakers nergens meer last van.
Kortom: lang leve de binnen 60 dagen retour garantie van Bax-shop!
Wellicht dat we later dit jaar de Behringer DX900 gaan proberen, dat was een van onze andere keuzes.
