General
Over het algemeen zijn er twee muziekspelers nodig om te kunnen mixen, of het nu gaat om twee CD spelers, twee platenspelers of een combinatie hiertussen. Met de komst van de iPOD is dat gegeven verleden tijd, want met deze Numark iDJ2 kunt u mixen met slechts één iPOD!
De Numark iDJ2 heeft een nieuw en innovatief systeem, waarmee twee tracks van één iPOD gespeeld kunnen worden. Vanaf de mixer kunt u meerdere nummers toewijzen aan twee virtuele draaitafels, die met het handige jog wheel makkelijk te bedienen zijn. Daarnaast kunnen de gebruikers ook andere opslagmedia aan deze iDJ2 koppelen, zoals USB-sticks, andere MP3 spelers en harde schijven. Dit gebeurt via de USB poorten van de mixer.
Uiteraard bevat de iDJ2 ook normale ingangen, zodat u ook een microfoon, draaitafel of CD speler kunt aansluiten. Iedereen kan nu zijn of haar gehele muziekbibliotheek naar eigen keuze ordenen, afspelen, mixen en scratchen.

Tevens kan ik ook me i-pod erop aansluiten via een aparte ingang bovenop de idj2 dit werkt ook zeer makkelijk
Tevens zitten er ook 2 (scratch) schrijven op dit was niet helemaal wat ik er van verwacht had maar ik stoor me er niet aan (het vergt wat geduld om dit onder de knie te krijgen)
Tevens zitten er 2 ingangen op om bijv 2 cd-spelers aan te sluiten dit werk ook erg makkelijk enige nadeel wat ik daaraan vondt is dat wanneer je dit doet je geen gebruik kan maken van de (scratch schrijven) die op het aparaat zitten
Al met al ben ik erg tevreden over het aparaat en als je begint met draaien (zoals ik) is dit zeker een leuk aparaat om mee te beginnen
Kleine tip: mocht je via de usb/i-pod ingang en aparaat aansluiten laat dan eerst een programma van numark een librarian aanmaken op het desbetrefende aparaat (daardoor leest het aparaat de nummer's sneller in )Dit is een apart software programma kostenloos Te downloaden via de officeele numark site
