General
Numark heeft met de MK V versie de CDN22 opnieuw in een nieuwe jas gestoken. De dubbele CD-speler mag gezien worden als één van de meest stevige spelers in het budgetsegment.
Vaal drive-in shows, horecagelegenheden en kleine clubs maken graag gebruik van deze dubbele CD-speler. De CDN 22 is namelijk makkelijk te bedienen, erg stevig en speelt moeiteloos CD's af in situaties waar veel geëist wordt.
De vijfde versie van de CDN 22 vertoont uiterlijke verschillen met de vierde. De IV was nog geheel zwart, de opvolger heeft een stijlvol zwart/grijs uiterlijk. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het allemaal net iets moderner oogt. Het sterke punt van de CDN22 blijft ook in de laatste versie dat het een basic speler is. Geen overbodige functies, maar een simpele speler voor DJ's die niet veel eisen van een CD-speler. Ideaal te gebruiken dus als back-up of lichte DJ toepassingen.

De behuizing en controller zien er stevig uit, ook mooi afgewerkt en kreeg een nieuwere look dan de voorgangers. Leest zeer snel alle cd's in ook zelf gebrande cd's. Cue punten zoeken gaat vlot en de jog wheels zijn eenvoudig en werken correct. Deze speler mist wel de loop functies daarvoor moet je het duurder model aankopen (CDN55). De CUE en PLAY knoppel reageren goed genoeg voor een speler in zijn klasse. Beatmatchen kan vlot gebeuren.
Kortom iedereen die een betrouwbare instap cd speler zoekt zonder veel snufjes kan terecht bij deze numark!
Eén minpuntje: je moet bij het aanzetten van de set elke keer weer opnieuw 'single' en 'auto' aanzetten om gebruik te maken van faderstart en stop ná het spelen van een track. Deze keuze is niet te programmeren...
Desondanks, een prima setje. Aanrader voor deze prijs!
Hij is handig voor zowel een beginnende of gevorderde DJ. Zeer overzichtbaar en makkelijk te bespelen. De play knop reageert gelijk en de track begint bij waar de speler muziek detecteert, dus bijv. als alle normale cd spelers bij 0.00.00 beginnen begint deze bij 0.00.15.
Het enige nadeel is dat de cue knop soms niet op tijd reageert.
En als je de cue knop indrukt je niet op play kan drukken omdat de track dan stopt. Het is dan wel een beetje vermoeiend dat je dan bijv. 4 minuten de cue knop moet indrukken om het nummer te laten lopen.
Daarom 4 van de 5 sterren.
Ik ben er verder zeer tevreden over.
Verder een zeer goede speler.
