Dit MIDI keyboard is het eerste keyboard dat een op een betaalbare manier zijn weg vindt naar automatische, directe en intelligente controle van uw sequencer software en te automatiseren plug-ins, zowel VST, UA als RTAS.
De Novation Remote SL25 Compact weet zijn weg te vinden in het grote bos van vele plug-ins en sequencer software. Bijna automatisch koppelt u de Remote SL25 Compact aan uw DAW en plug-ins.
Door het grote blauw gekleurde 144 karakter display heeft u een prefect overzicht van alle door u toegewezen parameters. Automap zorgt ervoor dat de koppeling tussen de De Novation Remote SL25 Compact en uw software automatisch gaat, het gebruikers gemak staat bij de Remote SL25 Compact voorop!
Inspelen van uw muzikale ideeën wordt een makkie met de grote 25 semi gewogen toetsen met aftertouch en de acht aanslag gevoelige drumpads.

Over ''Novation', Novation is een van de voorlopers op het gebied van automatisch geprogrammeerde knoppen(Automapping).
Elke novation product is geleverd met dit systeem ontzettend handig en snel. Mocht je er niet uitkomen kun je op youtube diverse tutorials opzoeken over de instellingen van het programma om het optimale uit de software en je apparaat te hallen dit is zeker aan te rade.

Het product is ontzettend degelijk, je zit dus niet met een plastic apparaat opgescheept. Sterker nog heb me Novation al 2 keer laten vallen en op de krasjes na is er niets aan de hand en kan het zeker tegen een stootje.
De draaiknoppen en de knoppen voelen stug aan. Wat infeitelijk ontzettend fijn is. De drumpads zijn een ander verhaal. De drumpads zijn enorm stug waardoor je dus hard erop moet slaan wil je geluid eruit krijgen dit tot mijn enige ontevredenheid van dit product. Veder is de aanslag gevoelheid wel dubbel en dwars in orde. De knopjes die erop zitten zijn netjes benoemd met jargoon termen die ieder producer al snel begrijpt. De Display is zeer duidelijk en mooi. Het glaasje wat er overheen zit kan tevens ook tegen een stootje.
De novation SL compact 25 is eigenlijk bedoelt om overal me te nemen en niet voor piano werk. Waar iedereen zich in vergist is het aantal toetsen. Je zou nooit een perfect melodie kunnen bespelen aangezien je maar kan varieren tussen de 25 toetsen.
