General

De Nord Electro 3 is compleet compatibel met de nieuwe Nord Piano Library en maakt gebruik van velocity layers, pedal down en zeer hoge kwaliteit samples.

De Electro 3 is voorzien van krachtige nieuwe pianoklanken, waaronder drie akoestische vleugels (twee uitvoewringen van de Yamaha C7 en een Steinway Model D) en twee elektrische piano's, die zijn gebaseerd op de MK1, Suitcase MK1, MKII en MKV van Fender Rhodes.

Daarnaast zijn er ook Mellotron, strings, celeste, vibrafoon en vele andere geluiden te vinden op de Electro 3. Zo is de orgelsectie uit de C1 ingebouwd met zijn zeer goede Hammond B3 geluid. Deze is voorzien van vier toonwiel modi, wat u een uitgebreide keuze geeft aan mogelijkheden.

Verder is er de mogelijkheid samples te gebruiken uit de Nord Wave. Met gebruik van de Nord Sample Editor is elk geluid toe te voegen aan de Electro 3, die zijn te vinden op de website van Nord. Ook is het mogelijk WAV files te lezen en er meerder aanpassingen in te maken.

Ook de effect sectie is uitgebreid met een reverb, naast pan, tremolo, autowah, pedalwag en ringmodulator effecten. Daarnaast is er ook een phaser, flanger en chorus voorzien. Om het geheel compleet te maken zijn er drie amp/speaker simulaties, compressor en direband EQ aanwezig. De uit de C1 afkomstige rotary speaker zorgt voor een zeer realistische Leslie simulatie.
