Het Traktor Scratch Duo pakket bestaat uit de Traktor Duo software, de professionele Audio4DJ interface, twee time code platen, twee CD's en twee professionele multikabels. Een perfecte mix tussen het analoge draaigevoel en de ontelbare mogelijkheden van digitaal werken.
Traktor Scratch Duo specialiseert zich in tegenstelling tot grote broer Traktor Scratch Pro op twee decks in plaats van vier decks. Hiermee richt Native Instruments zich op de gebruikers die geen gebruik van de vier decks maken, maar daar voorheen toch voor moesten betalen. Met de komst van de Traktor Duo software is dat nu verleden tijd.
De Traktor Duo software maakt gebruik van zes effecten van grote broer Traktor Pro. Delay, flanger, reverb, filter, beatmaster en gater zijn de functies die ook opgenomen zijn in Traktor Duo. Een automatische beat grid en precieze beat detectie zorgen voor correcte BPM gegevens voor het mixen van de tracks. De Sync Lock functie laat vervolgens eenmaal goedlopende tracks nooit meer uit de maat lopen.
Traktor Scratch Duo is uitgerust met de Audio4DJ, een bus-powered audio interface, speciaal ontworpen voor DJ'ing. De interface heeft dezelfde mogelijkheden als de Audio8DJ, maar dan met vier ingangen.

En gelijk had ik, want ik heb nog geen moment spijt gehad van deze laatste aanwinst. Mijn Traktor Scratch Duo-pakket neem ik vanaf nu mee voor elke set.
Alles werkt zoals dat gewoon hoort en dat voor zo'n scherpe prijs. Ook over de service van Bax-shop niets dan lof, want zelfs richting België verliep alles razendsnel (en toch veilig) via de koeriersdienst.
Pluspunten:
- Traktor Scratch is de ideale oplossing voor al wie digitaal wil draaien zonder daarbij de 'feeling' met vinyl of cd's te verliezen;
- de meegeleverde audio-interface (Audio 4) biedt een zeer heldere geluidskwaliteit;
- Traktor's interface heb je in no-time onder de knie en werkt bovendien ook erg vlot;
- de meegeleverde timecode-schijven werken uitermate accuraat, zonder vervelende latency problemen;
- bij het pakket wordt ook een gratis waardebon van Beatport geleverd, een leuke extra;
- alles wordt netjes en snel verzonden, zelfs buiten Nederland.
Het is vrijwel moeilijk om ook serieuze minpunten op te sommen, al kan Traktor Scratch Duo voor bepaalde gebruikers wellicht enkele gebreken vertonen.
Minpunten:
- Het gebrek aan een opname-functie (al valt dit uiteraard wel creatief op te lossen)
- de beperkte keuze aan effecten (indien gewenst)
Alles bij mekaar kan ik alleen maar besluiten dat dit een topproduct is tegen een zeer eerlijke prijs, top!

Ik draaide altijd al met vynil en vind met cd's draaien maar niks...
het nam het dj gevoel weg!,maar toen was er traktor schratch!
Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die het gevoel van vynil
niet kwijt wil raken.
die het zat is om niet die ene plaat te kunnen draaien
omdat hij niet te vinden is of niet op vynil bestaat.
of die simpelweg meer wil doen met zijn draaitafels/effecten.
Doe je draaitafels niet weg!

Please note, however, that the Traktor 2.10.0 installer is still dependent on the latest drivers. When you install Traktor 2.10.0, this means you'll have to download the latest drivers in order to get it to function properly.
