General

The tamborim is a percussion instrument that you play with a plastic stick, while your other hand controls the instrument's pitch. This percussive instrument is mainly suited for South American music styles, and it has a distinctly loud, bright and penetrating sound.

TBR06CH chrome tamborim 6-inch

Meinl offers a wide range of different tamborims, of which this is the chrome version. The tamborim is equipped with the Floatune tuning system with countersunk spanners at the rims. This percussion instrument has a replaceable synthetic drumhead and a 6-inch diameter. You even get a special tuning key included with your purchase!
