De Mobile Pre USB van M-Audio is een voorversterker met een ingebouwde audio interface die is ontwikkeld voor het opnemen door middel van laptop. Deze bus-powered voorversterker kan ook als desktopmodel worden gebruikt en biedt in totaal drie soorten audio in- en uitgangen. Door middel van deze opties biedt de Mobile Pre maximale flexibiliteit voor elke applicatie, inclusief twee microfoon/instrument voorversterkers en aansluitingen voor bijvoorbeeld (bass-)gitaren.
