De komst van CoreMIDI, de nieuwe MIDI standaard voor alle Apple apparatuur heeft ertoe geleid dat Line6 haar MIDI Mobilizer heeft vernieuwd. Deze Line6 MIDI Mobilizer II zorgt ervoor dat u geen drivers meer hoeft te installeren voor uw MIDI hardware. Dit is handig wanneer u bijvoorbeeld Garageband gebruikt op uw iPad. Gewoon inpluggen en u bent direct ready to play!
MIDI Mobilizer:
De MIDI Mobilizer was de eerste MIDI interface voor de draagbare Apple producten. Er werden talloze speciale apps geproduceerd die zelfs de mensen van Line6 zelf hebben doen verbazen. Met deze Mobilizer II versie kunt u alle oude apps blijven gebruiken. De verwachting is dat er daarnaast een heel scala aan nieuwe innovatieve producten geintroduceerd zal worden. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn synthesizers, samplears, sequencers, light controllers, enzovoorts.
Techniek van de MIDI Mobilizer II:
Met deze Line6 MIDI Mobilizer II krijgt u een 30-pins aansluiting voor uw iPod, iPad of iPhone. Deze connector sluit u weer aan op de 1,5 meter lange MIDI kabel via twee 2.5 mm TRS aansluitingen. Aan het einde van de kabel zitten twee 5-pins DIN MIDI aansluitingen voor uw MIDI apparatuur. De stroomvoorziening verloopt gewoon via uw Apple apparaat en hier heeft u geen aparte batterij voor nodig.
Al met al speelt Line6 zeer goed in op de nieuwe innovaties bij Apple waarmee u altijd en overal uw studio bij u kunt hebben!
