De Line 6 Dream Stage luidspreker set 1 is zeer breed inzetbaar. Deze set bevat twee Line 6 L3M actieve luidsprekers en twee Line 6 L3S subwoofers. Dankzij de ruime instelmogelijkheden komt deze luidsprekerset zowel in PA- als DJ-toepassingen uitstekend uit de verf. En met het gebruiksvriendelijke L6 Link-systeem sluit u de onderdelen in een handomdraai op elkaar aan met precies de juiste settings. Met de Line 6 Dream Stage luidsprekerset 1 staat uw show als een huis.
L3M actieve luidspreker: DSP-processor
De veelzijdige Line 6 L3M actieve luidspreker doet moeiteloos dienst als fullrange luidspreker of als topkast boven een L3S subwoofer. De L3M is een zeer krachtige actieve luidspreker, die aangedreven wordt door een 1400 Watt Tri-Amp versterkermodule. Deze drieweg versterkermodule drijft twee 10 inch woofers en een 1 inch tweeter aan voor een krachtig en zuiver geluid. Met een geluidsdruk van 132 dB levert hij topprestaties. Een ingebouwde DSP-processor met sensoren zorgt voor optimaal geluid in iedere zaal. Want voor een akoestische of elektrische gitaar zijn andere instellingen nodig dan bij gebruik als PA-luidspreker.
L3S actieve subwoofer: basweergave op maat
Ook de Line 6 L3S subwoofer is voorzien van het L6-Link-systeem waarmee deze subwoofer heel makkelijk aan te sluiten is op andere Line 6-modellen die met deze techniek werken. Het is een dubbele 12 inch subwoofer met een bassreflex-constructie. Deze L3S is een krachtige subwoofer die in verschillende configuraties gebruikt kan worden. Zo kan de L3S bij DJ-gebruik diepere bassen creëren, terwijl bij PA-toepassingen vaak een zo strak mogelijke en niet te overdreven bass gewenst is.

Even de situatie waar deze luidsprekers nu staan: 2 l3m's in een grote ronde kerkzaal. Wat mij het meeste opvalt in deze ruimte is de goede spreiding van het geluid. Je merkt echt dat het 100 graden spreid. Het was even testen of we zonder sub afkonden en in dit geval was er ruim voldoende laag aanwezig om dit achterwege te laten. Het gaat hier om afspelen van filmpjes, achtergrond muziek en een (praise)band (versterkte basgitaar, versterkte gitaar, piano, drumstel en 3x zang).
Als we toe zijn aan nieuwe monitors, dan wordt het ook een luidspreker uit deze lijn.
