Korg introduceert de WaveDrum Oriental dynamic drumsynthesizer. Deze gelimiteerde Oriental-uitvoering van de bekende WaveDrum verschilt op een aantal punten met de normale WaveDrum. De WaveDrum en de WaveDrum Oriental zijn een verbeterde versie van de WaveDrum uit 1994, toen al een grote hit. Korg heeft de oriental versie in ieder geval een stuk geüpgrade, dus helemaal klaar voor de toekomst!

Twee speelvlakken voor optimaal speelgenot met de WaveDrum

De WaveDrum Oriental beschikt over twee verschillende speelvlakken. Het drumvel reageert heel natuurgetrouw aan het echt trommelvel, terwijl ook de geribbelde rand meespeelt. Op deze rand kunt u namelijk ook spelen, waardoor u het karakteristieke, doffere geluid krijgt. De goede pickup en het speciale druksensor-systeem reageren bovendien op elke nuance. Hierdoor is de WaveDrum oriental drumsynthesizer een echte alleskunner, bruikbaar in alle stijlen!

Verschillen met de Wavedrum WDX drum synthesizer

Korg heeft deze gelimiteerde WaveDrum Oriental natuurlijk een hoop extra's meegegeven. Waar de WDX-variant bijvoorbeeld 200 PCM geluiden heeft, beschikt de Oriental over liefst 300 synth-sounds. Ook het aantal preset- en gebruikersvrije programma's is vergroot, van 100 naar 150. Loops: 140 stuks staan ter beschikking. Gelukkig zijn ook de DSP synthesegeluiden verbeterd en vermeerderd. In plaats van 36 heeft u nu de beschikking over 45 DSP's om uw publiek stijl achterover te laten slaan!
