As JHS put it: this may be the greatest weapon you didn't know you needed. The Little Black Buffer pedal by JHS Pedals adds a boost to your signal chain by supplying the right input impedance.

When you use several effects pedals, there's a big chance you'll experience some loss of signal or tone, as the signal traverses a number of cables, pedals and possible switching-system issues in some pedals. The result is an audible loss in the hi-end, a weak signal, less-than-desirable bass punch and uncharacteristic pickup behaviour. Additionally, the term 'true bypass' isn't always accurate, reducing your signal to a shell of its former self. Thankfully, the Little Black Buffer is the solution for all of these problems!

A clean, natural sound

The Little Black Buffer pedal gives your effects setup the right input impedance, resulting in a clean, natural sound as if you are directly hooked up to your guitar amplifier - regardless of the number of pedals you're using! Simply connect your guitar to the input of the JHS Pedals Little Black Buffer and its output to the other effects pedals. This clever buffer pedal has no switch and can be powered by a conventional 9V power adapter.
