General
Een 12 inch topkast zal het altijd nét iets beter doen dan een 15 inch variant, voornamelijk als u het accent op zang of live muziek legt. Dankzij de 12 inch woofer kan een topkast het mid zo een stuk beter weergeven omdat hij minder ver uitslaat en zo ook de iets hogere midfrequenties eenvoudig mee kan pakken.
Verder wil men met livemuziek ook het onderste uit de kan halen als het gaat om lage frequenties en daar is een 18 inch subwoofer dan perfect voor geschikt.
Maar niet alleen luidsprekers zijn belangrijk, ook de versterker die er achter zit is van groot belang om een luidsprekerset als deze goed van de grond te krijgen. Daarom is Crown de meest passende oplossing wanneer het gaat om versterking. De XTI-6000 versterker kan eenvoudig via USB aan een PC worden gekoppeld, waarna met de meegeleverde software de versterker tot in de puntjes kan worden afgesteld. Dankzij DSP processing heeft u een optimale controle over alle parameters waardoor uw stack optimaal kan worden ingeregeld. Zo worden de luidsprekers optimaal gevoed met vermogen, wat ze vervolgens omzetten in een perfect geluid dat menig zaal op zijn grondvesten zal laten beven.

en dat is 1 van de hardste woofers die ik ooit gehoord heb (bas reflex dan) gaat ook nog is aardig laag.
