Deze monitor maakt deel uit van de LSR-2300 serie van JBL. Met deze luidsprekerset heeft JBL opnieuw een hoogwaardig geluidssysteem ontwikkeld, die in elke studio omgeving tot zijn recht komt. De producten uit de LSR-2300 serie zijn uitvoerig getest: elke luidspreker overleeft 100 uur op volle output. Elk model in de serie produceert een uitzonderlijk geluidsdrukniveau (SPL), door het gebruik van hoge gevoeligheids transducers en zorgvuldige aandacht voor de thermische eigenschappen van het systeem.

Met de gebalanceerde XLR, 3.6mm Jack en ongebalanceerde RCA ingang connectoren is de LSR2328P aan te sluiten op professionele mixers, computergeluid interfaces, audiovisuele apparatuur en consumenten geluidssystemen. De LSR2328P biedt een lage frequentie uitbreiding tot 37Hz en is groter en krachtiger dan zijn kleine broertje de LSR2325P.
