General

This signature guitar was inspired by and developed with Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton. The Jackson Mark Morton D2 Dominion offers you an affordable and stripped-down version of the Jackson Dominion. Its black lacquer and chrome-plated hardware give this guitar an exceptional look. It has a rugged construction, is very comfortable to play and produces a strong, full sound like you can expect from a real Jackson.
The wood types of the Mark Morton D2 Dominion
The body of the Jackson Mark Morton Signature D2 Dominion is made of Indian cedar, providing the guitar with a beautiful, warm sound with sufficient low notes and a rather direct response. The nicely finished bolt-on neck is made of maple and has a rosewood fretboard. The compound radius is 12 inches at the string nut and widens into 16 inches towards the body.
Fat sound
Thanks to two Duncan Design HB - 101 humbucking pickups you get a very rich guitar sound. Each pickup has its own volume and tone control and can be switched on/off by means of a 3-way pickup switch. This way, you can perfectly adjust your own guitar sound. All the hardware on this Jackson guitar is chrome-plated, from the knobs and the adjustable bridge with anchored tailpiece to the die-cast tuners.
