Megadeth fans opgelet! Jackson biedt u een betaalbare versie van de David Ellefson Signature basgitaar. De CB-X IV is een viersnarige elektrische bas uit de X-series, met de exacte specificaties van de vlug-gevingerde bassist zelf. Van zijn verwoestende dubbele EMG humbucker elementen tot zijn snelle, dunne hals en uitgebreide toonregeling. Zelfs de kenmerkende “Fallout” logo vindt u terug op de kop. De CB-X is puur Jackson én Ellefson in klank, bespeelbaarheid en uiterlijk! Verkrijgbaar in zwart en deze Quicksilver uitvoering.

Jackson CB-X IV David Ellefson: constructie en sound

Hoewel hij zeer betaalbaar is, heeft de Jackson CB-X David Ellefson bas diverse hoogwaardige kenmerken. Zo is de body gemaakt van elzenhout (alder), dat licht van gewicht is en een volle, gebalanceerde toon produceert. De snelle en dunne hals is van kwartiers gezaagd esdoorn voor extra stabiliteit. De palissander (rosewood) toets is voorzien van 21 jumbo frets en “shark fin” positie-aanduidingen. Dankzij de 12 tot 16 inch compound radius toets en de ongelakte, geoliede hals, geniet u van maximaal speelcomfort.

Uitgebreide EMG elektronica

De Jackson CB-X bas is uitgerust met twee krachtige EMG-HZ35 elementen. Deze passieve humbuckers zijn stil, leveren een vette sound en zijn geschikt voor het ruigere basgitaarwerk. Net zoals de duurdere Custom Shop versie, is deze betaalbare X-serie David Ellefson bas voorzien van een uitgebreide toonregeling. Hij heeft een volumeregeling en blend-knop voor het schakelen tussen of mengen van de twee elementen. Daarnaast is er een EMG BEQ3 actieve 3-bands equalizer ingebouwd, met een boost/cut regeling voor de bass, mids en treble.
