General

De RG927FXQM is een bijzonder afgewerkte 7-snarige gitaar voor de virtuoos. Hij is afkomstig uit de premium serie, dit betekent dat er extra aandacht aan de afwerking is besteed. Zo heeft deze gitaar jumbo frets die extra nauwkeurig met de hand zijn gevijld. De gewaterd esdoorn top is met een transparante rode lak afgewerkt zodat u de houtnerf er doorheen ziet wat het speciale Quilted Maple effect geeft. Dat maakt de gitaar ook nog eens een lust voor het oog!

Verschillende configuraties

De 5-wegs schakelaar van de RG927FXQM behuisd naast activatie van brug, hals –of beide elementen twee tussenliggende opties. De ene schakelt het hals-element parallel en de andere zet beide elementen in een soort single-coil configuratie. Beide opties zorgen voor een single-coil achtig geluid maar dan met wat meer scherpte en ook iets meer troebelheid.

Optimale speelprestaties

Dankzij de combinatie van een platte radius van 400 millimeter en de gevijlde jumbo frets krijgt u de hoogst mogelijk haalbare speelbaarheid en het beste comfort van de toets. De AANJ extra slanke hals verbinding geeft u een betere grip op de hogere registers. Ook uw speelhand wordt niet belemmerd aangezien de Tight-End R brug zeer compact is en laag ligt. De RG927FXQM is een sustain-gitaar dankzij deze kaarsrechte brug en de strakke 5-delige hals.

Two New Metal Machines from Ibanez

Ibanez has added two guitars to its Iron Label RG series: the RG and the RG-7. These are real metal machines but with a spalted maple top and headstock. Apart from that, they have the standard Iron Label RG features, with two EMG humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets and a neck made of maple and bubinga.
