With its high-quality components and neat finish, this workhorse is ready for violent solo parts and wild riffs. This guitar has a unique Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge that will feel smooth, night after night, without detuning any of your strings.
The versatile RG920QMZ-RDT
The RG920QMZ-RDT is an extremely rugged instrument, perfect for lead parts and is meant to be versatile. For instance, it's equipped with DiMarzio IBZ humbuckers that have a high output yet remain balanced. The 5-way switch allows you to use both humbuckers at once, for instance, or to use the neck humbucker in parallel configuration. This results in a kind of double single-coil sound but only purely from the neck, with beautiful cleans.
Perfectionistic
In addition to its elaborate sound options, the RG920QMZ has also been designed for ultra-fast fingers. Thanks to the 400mm radius and jumbo frets with Premium filed finish, your fingers will be able to play faster, easier and more accurate and while doing so, you have a neck with 24 frets at your disposal. The unique tremolo bridge is extremely smooth and stable and maintains the tuning of your strings. Even if one breaks, there’s no need to worry. Nothing can go wrong with the RG920QMZ!

Ibanez has added two guitars to its Iron Label RG series: the RG and the RG-7. These are real metal machines but with a spalted maple top and headstock. Apart from that, they have the standard Iron Label RG features, with two EMG humbuckers, 24 jumbo frets and a neck made of maple and bubinga.
